Know what your business really earns.
Using your last 12 months of data, we calculate true profit, real hourly earnings, minimum viable pricing, required monthly revenue and safe owner drawings. You receive a professional report, your own Excel model and a focused 90-day plan showing what to change first.
For professionals who earn through their expertise but do not yet manage the business through reliable numbers.
Designed for sole traders, freelancers, consultants, tradespeople, creators and independent specialists with real trading income. It is most effective when you have 12 months of data and no more than three principal services or products.
What do I actually keep?
Revenue may be growing, while the bank balance still obscures true profit and future obligations.
Is my pricing sustainable?
You do not know the minimum viable hourly, daily or project rate at your real capacity.
How much must I invoice?
You lack a monthly target that covers the business, personal income and reserve building.
Should I review an s. r. o.?
You need an indicative comparison based on your own economics rather than a generic rule.
Six answers that improve everyday business decisions.
We connect your financial data with capacity, pricing, obligations and personal objectives. The result explains the past and sets practical boundaries for future decisions.
True monthly profit
What the business creates after cost, contributions, tax, owner drawings and cash-flow movements.
Real hourly earnings
Billable and non-billable time, including administration, sales, preparation, travel and downtime.
Minimum viable pricing
For up to three principal services, we calculate the level below which the work no longer makes economic sense.
Required monthly revenue
Three levels: break-even minimum, sustainable target and a safer target that also builds reserves.
Safe owner drawings
What you can withdraw without using cash that belongs to operations, tax, contributions or reserves.
Remain self-employed or review an s. r. o.
An indicative model shows whether the current structure still makes economic sense or merits a detailed professional review.
The numbers, the time and the way cash moves through the business.
You complete a structured input template. We connect the evidence in one decision model, test the relationships and use the opening diagnostic to understand the operating reality behind the figures.
Financial diagnostic
Revenue, costs, contributions, profit, cash flow, seasonality, receivables, drawings, reserves and debt.
Pricing and capacity
Up to three services, current prices, discounts, billable time and minimum viable rates.
Money Rule
A clear allocation rule for tax and contributions, reserve, operations and maximum owner drawings.
Receivables and structure
A concise review of payment terms, deposits and discounts, plus an indicative self-employed versus s. r. o. comparison.
Not just recommendations. Working tools you can continue to use.
Each deliverable has a clear purpose: explain the result, support future scenarios and turn the findings into practical action.
Professional results report
A designed 6–10 page document with an executive summary, dashboard, charts, conclusions and recommendations.
Excel financial model
Your own model covering 12-month analysis, pricing, revenue, Money Rule, structure comparison and adjustable goals.
90-day action plan
Three to five priorities stated as: what to change, why it matters, when to act and the expected effect.

A focused 45-minute session covering profit, pricing, revenue, Money Rule, business structure and next steps.

A clear scope. A practical next step.
A one-off programme delivered within 7 days of receiving complete inputs. The standard scope covers up to three principal services or products.
- structured input template and input review
- 30-minute opening diagnostic
- analysis of the last 12 months
- pricing, required revenue, Money Rule and receivables check
- indicative self-employed versus s. r. o. comparison
- report, Excel model and 90-day plan
- 45-minute results workshop
What the programme does not include.
A clearly defined scope protects the quality of the outputs and the seven-day delivery period.
Bookkeeping, tax returns, tax or legal advice, and company formation.
Manual processing of incomplete banking or accounting records outside the input template.
More than three services, competitor research or bespoke redevelopment of tools.
Detailed forecasting, implementation, unlimited consultation and ongoing financial management.
See whether the changes delivered the result you expected.
After one to three months, we compare the original and current figures, evaluate the measures you implemented and define the next three priorities.
- results comparison
- key figures updated
- next 3 priorities
Before you start.
Do I need completed accounts?
Not necessarily, but the information on revenue, expenses, contributions, receivables and owner drawings must be sufficiently complete and reliable. We confirm input readiness before the analysis begins.
What if I have traded for less than 12 months?
The programme is most reliable with a full year of data. If your history is shorter, we first assess whether the evidence is sufficient. For a new venture, Start with the Numbers is usually a better fit.
Can I continue using the files?
Yes. The Excel model remains yours and can be used to test changes in objectives, pricing and capacity. The report and 90-day plan provide a clear reference point.
Does this include changing to an s. r. o.?
No. The programme includes an indicative economic check. If the figures show a meaningful opportunity, the next step is a detailed review with an accountant or tax adviser.
What happens after 90 days?
You can continue independently or book a 45-minute Review. We compare results, update the model and agree the next three priorities.
Stop estimating. Use numbers you can run the business by.
Receive a clear conclusion, your own financial model and a practical 90-day plan.
