Non-EU citizens may only be granted the right to carry out business in the Slovak Republic if they hold a valid residence permit.

Long-term Residence
This type of residence must follow on from prior temporary residence of at least 5 years. An application for a long-term residence permit must be submitted by the applicant in person at the competent department of the Foreign Police. Visa
Citizens from countries with no visa-free travel regime with the EU may only travel to Slovakia on the basis of an invitation from a Slovak citizen and need to get a Schengen visa to enter Slovakia. A Schengen visa is a tourist visa only and does not allow you to work or do business in Slovakia.

EU Citizens
EU citizens can stay in Slovakia for 3 months without the need to register with the competent authorities. After the expiry of the 3-month period, they need to report their stay to the competent authorities. For this, we can take care of all the legal processes.
